   In the U.S., we have the legal right to vote our own conscience. We ain't necessarily ever obligated to vote your conscience. People's votes may differ because they may disagree with others. My vote may differ from yours because you have ne conscience. Opinions may vary.
 
dissent: 1. to disagree 2. to reject the doctrines, creeds, dogmas, etc. of an established church.
 
   It appears as though dissension is allowed/permitted in the ranks. On another level, ideas vary, so dissension must be permitted because they exist and you did not think of all of them.
 
   Amendment 2- Militia and the Right to Bear Arms
 
   A well regulted Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

   The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
 
   Amendment 13- Prohibition of Slavery
 
   Sec.1 neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to it's jurisdiction.
 
   Amendment 14- Citizenship, Due Process, and Equal protection of the Laws
 
   Sec.1  All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the priveleges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of the law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
 
 
   We also have the right to freedom of speech. It is not my dilemma if you don't want to hear that you have no balls when you don't. I also find it fascinating that you can rudely tell someone else to shut their mouth in a society that is so mannerly.

Reefer Madness aka War propaganda...
 
   During World War 2, the U.S. government made a film about the "evils" of marijuana. We were shown this film in high school back in the early '80s. I have recently done some research on the subject. Marijuana may not be the evil. The film, as far as I am concerned was propaganda.
   The Germans and Americans had their little propaganda films during World War 2 and possibly at other times. It ain't impossible that they are still being made by various parties.
   It is possible that the use of marijuana should be legalized. It is also possible that illegalizing the use of marijuana is a violation of our civil rights. It was not illegal to use or possess marijuana and many other substances when this country was founded. Our basic civil rights are gradually & subtly being taken from us. Control of our PERSONAL lives is slowly & subtly being taken from us. Whether or not you use or possess marijuana, liquor & other substances is a personal choice.
   There are those who do not like the attitudes & behavior of those who use marijuana, alcohol & other substances. There are many people who do NOT use marijuana, alcohol or other substances whose attitudes & behavior is appalling. Are they being deprived of any of their "perks?" Are they being deprived of their vices? Are they being deprived of any substance which might relieve any pain they may be enduring? Many are not nor will they be because of the elitist mentality of the "powers that be."

   Have you paid your taxes lately? Why are you using Caesar's money as a form of barter? Why do you have Caesar's money in your pocket? It says in Matt. 22:21 to give Caesar what is Caesar's. How many laws have you broken lately? How many times have you violated the civil rights of others?

   I was taught in a U.S. public high school that our government is to operate on the premise of government for the people ,by the people. Some of you have forgotten that you ain't all of the people nor do you know all of the people nor have you spoken to them all or heard from them all.

   What's mine is mine. I know where my feet are and I have steel-toed boots that fit them tolerably well. Would you like one of them stuck up your... I have the right to choose my lover. You ain't necessarily qualified to choose or be my lover just because you say so.
   Much hoopla gets made because some of you like to rant and rave at others. You may have the right to speak but that don't necessarily mean that everybody wishes to hear you. I have the right to tell you so. I have the right to tell you if you offend me in whatever manner I choose. I have the right to verbally defend myself. If you are derogatory towards me then I have the right to be derogatory towards you in my own defence.
   Some of you like to stick your religion down the throats of others. You claim to have the right to do so. Do I have the right to stick a Bible or my booted foot up your ass if the moment begs/calls for it? Like if you are too rude... Do I have the right to tell you to stick your Bible up you stupid, ugly damned ass? That's where it may belong. Perhaps you'd actually finally read it then.

An equal rights amendment for women should be ratified.

Censorship…

 

   Some of you want to ban particular books, particular types of sound recordings, particular types of musical recordings, et cetera. Censorship is illegal in the United States. Some of you reprimand others for reading the “Song of Solomon” in the Bible. In the United States, censorship is illegal. Some of you disagree with my opinion but your censorship of my opinion is illegal in the United States. Since I am a citizen of the United States, I am guaranteed particular civil rights, among (but not limited to) these is the Right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness (presumably my own Life, Liberty and Happiness), as well as the Right to Freedom of Speech (presumably my own free speech). I also have the Right as an American citizen to practice the religion of my own choosing. I also have the Right to defend myself. This may also be known as exercising freely my own will.

   At least one of my maternal ancestors fought on what is now the American side during the Revolutionary War. Do not ever think that your military service during the Vietnam Conflict (War) or whichever non-American Revolutionary War makes you more important than me because if that long age maternal ancestor of mine had not fought on what is now the American side then possibly there would be no United States of America for you to be a citizen of. My own physical ailments have me barred from actively serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. I know because the U.S. Army told me so personally. Maybe I should have lied. Everybody else does. I would never practice the “State” religion if there were one. I also have the Right to choose which political candidate I support and it ain’t necessarily you or your “pet” candidate just because your mouth flies open. Get over it!

Isn't there a law against bigotry against homosexuals in the workforce?
 
   I keep reading these posters at the various places in which I find employment. They keep telling me that it is against the law to fire someone from their job for being gay. I have the balls to tell you that this law is not being enforced and I have the balls to ask you why it's not and I'm not gay. This law should be enforced just like any other.

   I hope Ms. ******** does not feel too badly about losing her job but if I were her I'd be righteously pissed. I'm not her & I'm righteously pissed about her losing her job. I may have recently been fired for beibg straight.
   The hell of it is that Ms. ******** was a more than competent U.S. government teacher. On the amusing side, they could not find anyone qualified to replace her. I had thought we'd advanced out of the dark ages enough that we could behave like civilized human beings.
   Out of respect I never told anyone that Ms. ******** was gay because I matured enough to realize that her alternative lifestyle was none of my business. She did not flaunt her lifestyle in front of us nor did she ever mention having a lover and she taught me U.S. government long before she lost her job. I've met her partner and I wish Ms. ******** all the happiness in the world. It would be rude to do otherwise.
   A particular school system lost a fine government teacher due to bigotry and then discovered that she was not so easily replaced. That school system fucked up due to their needless bigotry. I rather hope that they still don't have a government teacher just out of perverseness.
